 We harvest the Glera and Verdiso grapes from our privately-owned vineyard in Otreval, located in Guia di Valdobbiadene. The “Otreval” vineyard is composed of a mass selection of different Glera and Verdiso vines that were planted more than 50 years ago.  Ideal with salmon trout filet marinated in extra-virgin olive oil and slightly aromatized with thyme and pink pepper.  Otreval in Guia di Valdobbiadene.  |
