We get the grapes that give us this wine exactly from the area called “Serrai” in Vidor.
The picking takes place towards the end of the grapes harvest time, at the beginning of October.
The flower must is obtained by pressing softly the grapes, it is worked checking carefully the temperature, in order to keep intact the typical aroma of the Glera Grape. So we achieve a wine with a pleasant fruity fragrance.


This is the sparkling wine version that can better express the complex aroma of the Prosecco guaranteed quality.
