 We get the grapes that give us this wine from the hills behind Valdobbiadene, exactly in the area called Guia, at the bottom of Mount Pianezze. The particular aroma that is typical of these grapes comes from the remarkable temperature range due to the altitude of the vineyard. The picking takes place towards the end of the grapes harvest time, at the beginning of October. The flower must is obtained by pressing softly the grapes, it is worked checking carefully the temperature, in order to keep intact the typical aroma of the Prosecco grape. So we achieve a wine with a pleasant fruity fragrance.
 This is the sparkling wine version that can better express the complex.
