Grapes are hand-picked in a vineyard of few hectares in a single body in the municipality of Maser, a few kilometers far from the historic town of Asolo. The area is characterized by an interesting ventilation and its soil is rich in minerals, characteristics that best enhance the sparkling wines in the dry version. A3 is an Extra Brut with 3 grams of residual sugar, our expression of the identity of the hills of Asolo, where the nature of the land is ideal for wines with structure and elegance.
