For creative cocktails
The name of this wine stands for Joseph, Elisa, Luca, Marica and Anna. Joseph, Elisa, Luca, Marica and Anna are the next generation of the Vettoretti family, those who will continue the century-old tradition of vine growers and guardians of this splendid territory.
Jelmas is the wine that carries with it a message of hope and a wish: that the young people of the ‘Vettoretti’ household become passionate about the wonderful world of wine!
Jelmas is a blend of Chardonnay Musquè, Pinot Grigio and Glera grapes from the company’s Moriago della Battaglia and Vidor vineyards. The vineyard stands on the ancient bed of the Piave River on a pebbly soil with deeper clayey bands.
The vinification of the different grapes is done separately due to the different harvest times. The end result is a fragrant, aromatic, fresh Extra Dry that is ideal as an aperitif.
