Colour: Bright, pale straw yellow.
Perlage: Fine with persistent bubbles.
Bouquet: Delicate notes of white flowers like acacia.
Flavour: It is characterized by an interesting balance between a light freshness typical of Glera grapes and a particularly dry and crisp ending.
Pairings: The ideal aperitif for lovers of dry wines, ideal also with fish-based disse like grilled fish in the summer or a traditional plate of deep-fried fish.
Service and storage: 8° C; avoid long periods in the fridge.
Fun Facts: Grapes are hand-picked in a vineyard of few hectares in a single body in the municipality of Maser, a few kilometers far from the historic town of Asolo. The area is characterized by an interesting ventilation and its soil is rich in minerals, characteristics that best enhance the sparkling wines in the dry version.
